Thank you for choosing Bingo Banners. We are committed to providing high-quality custom printed products and excellent customer service.

Because most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Products

All banners, signs, displays, and other products sold by Bingo Banners are custom-made to your specifications.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Please review your artwork, dimensions, spelling, colors, and order details carefully before submitting your order.

Orders Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Customer spelling or grammar mistakes

  • Incorrect artwork uploaded by the customer

  • Low-resolution images supplied by the customer

  • Incorrect sizes selected during ordering

  • Color differences caused by monitor or mobile device settings

  • Change of mind after production has started

  • Customer-approved proofs containing errors

  • Orders delayed due to shipping carriers or weather

  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin production quickly, order changes or cancellations are only possible before production starts.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be:

  • Cancelled

  • Modified

  • Refunded

If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing or printing error caused by Bingo Banners, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your claim, we may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Color Variations

Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer, tablet, or phone due to differences in screen settings, lighting, materials, and the printing process.

Minor color variations are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.

Shipping Issues

Bingo Banners is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your account.
